Christina Van Loveren “Perfect Treat” Campaign

CHALLENGE

YehBaby was contracted by Van Loveren Wines to compile a treat box for social influencers that reflected the identity and quality of its premium Christina range. The contents of the package had to be memorable and exciting to create opportunities for word-of-mouth buzz.

RESPONSE

Quality wine and MCC is all about indulgence and the appreciation of quality. We chose the theme #PerfectTreat to encompass this feeling. We sourced perfect treat items designed to make the social influencer relax, sit back and enjoy the moment with wine. Along with three of the wines from the range we included some edible gold and artisanal velvet midnight fudge and a handmade orange cinnamon candle to set the scene.

RESULT

The response was enthusiastic, with most of the targeted influencers doing at least one post and some doing a series or offering their audience the chance to win a box for themselves. Instagrammers did beautifully styled images that were re-used on the brand’s own social accounts. The influencer buzz was leveraged by Van Loveren on social media to get hundreds of newsletter subscribers in a competition to win one of the #PerfectTreat boxes.
